The location was perfect for us. We traveled to Rome by train and the hotel was positioned right between the Termini train station and the Colosseum and the rest of the main sights in the city. It's a very walkable city and everything seems really close. We didn't opt for breakfast so I can't comment on that. The rooms are large with a few common areas which we didn't use because we mostly roamed the city. We felt comfortable in our room only the beds were a little too soft for our liking. But that's irrelevant. There was a large TV and an AC which was great! Bathroom was large too and well equipped, there's even a hair dryer! Each of us got a small shower gel and plenty of towels. The staff were available through WhatsApp and we needed them upon our arrival when we didn't know how to use the numerous doors, they were very responsive and we solved everything quickly. I'd come again here.

The location is pretty central. More local vibe than tourist vibe. Great places walking distance and really close to the train station Roma Termini. We had a wonky start to the stay but it all worked out, the staff, specifically Andrew and Christina, were so kind and present throughout the stay (in the mornings/early afternoon). The facilities were nice. Always smelled good. The bathrooms were spacious. The beds comfortable and if sharing a bed with someone you don't feel the other moving in the night. The air conditioning worked well. There's an elevator. There is a nice big closet and luggage stands. There are 4 living rooms total for guests to hang out in which was really nice for our group who had multiple rooms. Coffee and tea and cookies in the common area. And there was a vending machine too.

Perfect location with a view on Santa Maria Maggiore, incredible and beautiful Basilica! Close to the railway station but at the same time - 15min walk to Colosseo, Foro Romano and other sights. Self check-in is pretty easy, all the instructions including video were shared by the hosts. We saw a receptionist only once to settle the bill :) The room was clean with a shared kitchen zone nearby. Lots of cafe and restaurants are around, nice places to have breakfast. We came back to the room only to sleep :)

What a fantastic location, property and service. The staff couldn't do enough to help us during our stay and even travelled into the city on their day off to help me open the safe my son had locked by accident. They were so lovely and the property is amazing. The perfect place to stay in Rome. Everything was so nearby and the beds couldn't have been comfier. There was a lovely cafe next door where the staff were so nice. Across the road there was a fantastic cocktail bar where the staff were so friendly

I loved the location of Domus Liberius. As a female, solo traveler I felt very safe getting to and from the property. Close to all the main attractions yet away from the crowds of people. My single room was small yet felt roomy with the high, dome-like ceilings. The bathroom was updated and spacious. The host was friendly and imparted a great sightseeing route around the city that was so worth it.
